Sign in to your Tailored Nutrition account to proceed with deletion.

Signed up with Google or Apple? You never set a password, so this page cannot sign you in. Delete your account from the app instead: More > Delete Account. If you no longer have the app installed, email support@tailorednutritionllc.org from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Your account and profile will be permanently deleted
All survey data, health information, and preferences will be erased
All generated meal plans and recipes will be removed
Food logs, weight logs, and tracking history will be deleted
Chat history and AI conversation data will be erased
Grocery lists and shopping data will be removed
Notification history and preferences will be cleared
Posts you made on the feedback board will remain visible to other users, disconnected from your account. Email us first if you want one removed
Data already held by our service providers is not deleted by this action. See our Health Data Privacy Policy for the full list of what survives deletion
Any active subscription will not be automatically cancelled — please cancel it in your app store settings first

Your Tailored Nutrition account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.

If you had an active subscription, please remember to cancel it in your device's app store settings to avoid future charges.
